Valparaiso Integrated Services INC (Also known as Valparaiso Medical Transportation) is a community-based, Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Company (NEMT). We serve the needs of patients and health plan providers as well as their families daily. This is just one of the critical elements of proper health care, essential to both patients and families, in order to enable them to attend their health care appointments. Our Purpose is to be a bridge for health care.

What To Expect
After your appointment is made you will receive a Pre-Call the night before your appointment (usually between 6-7 pm) from your driver. They will provide you with their name and a company-assigned phone/text number to reach them should you have any additional questions or problems. They will provide you with a pick-up window time and we would appreciate you being ready and available to answer your contact number. When the driver arrives for pick up they will call you if you are not visibly present.
When you get to the van you will be given a work order to verify and sign and a business card. That card is your ticket home, as you will need to call the driver when your appointment is complete. You will get an estimated time of arrival and again the driver will call you if you are not visibly present.
All our drivers are held to high standards including:

- Comprehensive Criminal Background Check
- Drug and Alcohol Policies and Testing
- We DO NOT Discriminate against anyone for any reason
We take all complaints seriously and have a very easy and straightforward complaint policy.
